The system then displays this “live” location data on our Google Map interface, with a supporting suite of journey reports which can be exported to MS Excel.

To track your mobile phone using Crystal Ball’s MobileTrack solution, you would need to install our tracking app on a compatible handset. Once you have installed the application you can then login to our web based tracking portal and view the locations of your mobile devices on our mapping interface, play back journeys, setup alerts and download historical journey or event reports.

Can I track a vehicle with a smart phone?
Yes, our MobileTrack Pro app will record a vehicles journeys similar to a blackbox installed in a vehicle. You can then review these journeys as interactive journey playback animations or via downloadable reports.
